ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE:

As you have probably noticed, we do not have a shopping cart on our website. That is because when we have dolls available for sale, they often sell very quickly, which makes a shopping cart unnecessary.  Also, since our shipping cost is based on the weight of each item and the zipcode or location of the buyer, it is difficult to pre- determine the exact shipping costs for each doll.  

    However,  it is very easy to purchase dolls when we have them available for sale from this website.

If you need to talk to us in person regarding the purchase of a doll or layaway plan for a doll, email us and we will send you our phone number.

 I personally check our email frequently throughout the day and respond immediately to every email & request  I receive.  If you wish to purchase a doll or any other item available for sale on this site,  let me know in an email (or phone call) along with your address, zip code and telephone number. Then let us know your preferred way to pay for the item(s), we accept cashier's checks, personal checks (which must clear our bank account before we ship the item), money orders,  or  pay pal.  In turn,  I will send you an invoice or pay pal invoice, (if payment is to be made by pay pal). Once payment is received,  we will ship the item to you and provide you with tracking numbers and email & phone support to make sure your item(s) arrive to you safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase.   

          For Payment:

 We accept PayPal & most credit cards through Pay Pal, personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.

 Shipping:

 We ship our dolls & other products by USPS Priority or Priority Mail International.

The cost of shipping in the USA is strictly based on weight of the packed item, location and zip code address.

For international Buyers we ship by Priority mail International

For international buyers,  the cost of shipping is based on weight,  height & girth of the packed item, and country the item is to be shipped.

INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL and based on whatever USPS charges for the amount that is being insured.

PLEASE NOTE:  We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our collectors therefore we do not add handling fees or cost of packing materials to our shipping costs. 

 

Return Policy:
We have a TEN DAY Return Policy which we strictly adhere to:
1. Buyer must email us within 5 days of delivery.
2. Buyer must ship back the item within 5 days (total of 10 days) via the original carrier.
3. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: The doll must be received in original condition, unused, undamaged, and contained within the same packaging it was shipped in.
